On another note, more plush to come! Possibly a picture of a finished yeti come next week. Possibly a Bigfoot. Who's to say? The possibilities are endless.
Justin took me to see the La Jolla (where Dr. Suess lived) seals on Mother's Day. I nearly died from cute overload. I'll post the rest of the photos (there are many) on my FB page. Someday soon. Hopefully.

And a bunch of the plushies I've been working on for the Handmade Brigade show in TWO WEEKS (omfg). I've gotten a lot done, more than I thought I would, so I'm in excellent shape for the show. But after that is Comic-Con, and before THAT, I need to send off my plushies for PlushYou! Whew. It's gonna be a busy (but super awesome) summer.
It's a three foot tall giant red squid. And my disaster of a studio. Yeeeeah. I'm making lots of cool stuff, including this fella, for the Handmade Brigade on June 6th. This alone should tempt you to come out and see, right? I'll take a better photo later- this one is just using my computer/photobooth.
Oh yeah, and JibJab just released our graduation content. I'm rather proud of this one, even though it's simple. And castable.
Just got the super awesome news yesterday that Justin & I were approved for the June 6th Handmade Brigade of Orange County show in Cerritos. We'll be selling lots of awesome stuff like prints, puzzles, books, magnets and (of course) lots of PLUSH! So make sure you come out and support your two favorite people in the world! Or stop by to stay hi and celebrate indie craft month. :) It's 10AM-4PM.
This guy was scooped up by a super lovely lady in New Mexico just a few short hours after I listed him! Crazy!

And some new(ish) plush! I made tons more over the weekend, so I'll post those as soon as I get pictures of them. Lots of tasty things to eat (if they weren't made of felt) and some sweet random keychains. I am superbly busy with a possible double-show in June, so posts may not be as frequent, but I promise when they are, they'll be of ACTION MOM quality.
P.S. There's two more shorts I'm featured in coming out, in the same series: Action Dad and The Married Guy Action Figure. Don't worry, I make TONS of obnoxious faces in both.
BUT, since I never posted it, here's a birthday sendable I did the puppeteering for a few weeks back- I'm the big retarded cake going "bum bum bum" and Devin is the singing cupcake. I designed the message cards for the end, as well.
This is an eCard sendable video I acted in very recently at JibJab with my good friend and co-worker Devin as the art director/concept fellow. Justin did the awesome 80's backgrounds. Devin & I are supposed to look like 12-year-old-ish kids, but really just look like cracked out psychos. I think that's probably more believable anyway.
I'll post some drawings and other stuff I've been up to later, I promise. I've just been turbo busy.
