Tell me some of those little kids aren't the cutest things you've ever SEEN? So what's up with all the screenshot-ty goodness? Just finished two websites, so I thought I'd show a little sneak peek. By sneak peek, I mean.. the websites, pretty much, minus the clicking. :)

Oh, and I sold one of my cupcake twins on Etsy! And my plushies for Crammed Organisms are almost done, too. (I'm working on a princess bunny right now as the damsel-in-distress.) Oh, and my interview with R/GA went really well, so here's a round of happy for all.

super happy burger time

A drawing I did after eating the best burger I'd had in like... 5 days. (I've seriously been living off cereal and gawd-knows-what because we haven't had time to go to the store.) *New japanese game show, coming this fall.

The next three are collabs from the Hallmark workshop this weekend. The crits were long, and often I couldn't even see what we were critiquing because there were so many people, but if these three happy drawings came out of it, than that's enough for me.

*Erin added to the first collab, she is uncredited in the... credits, my deepest apologies. (She is the farting girl, lolzzzz.)

The last is my new favorite thing- animals with facial hair. I sold a bunch of pins at MegaCon of various animals with beards, goatees, and mustaches, and it's just ftw. Seriously.

More recruiters are coming tomorrow, and next week, and the week after... BUT I AM PUMPED. There is hope on the horizon! Plus, I'm working on some crazy awesome projects coming up including, but not limited to: a cat, some dogs, a monster, and a fridge.. Also going to update the portfolio site, soooooon. Like, tomorrow. But now, it's time for a little Rock Band!

Piece I did when Sarah Caterisano told me about the 'i spy cupcake' group art show down at digital three. I don't even know if I'm allowed in as a graphic designer, might be crashing an illustrator party or something, but here it is all the same.

Also, American Greetings is here the 5th of February, and the CIA is here on the 15th of February. [OMG.] I need to make my 13x19 portfolio... like, yesterday, so I'm feeling the tiniest bit behind on things even though it's only day 2 of the semester (especially since the other class of seniors already have theirs done for an in-class assignment LAST semester. Grr.)

Oh yes, and I started at the Design Center as of today. It's awesome, there's a dishwasher and a fridge, and the conference table will soon be a ping-pong table (I don't play, but some of the boys there are enthusiasts of the game, so that should be entertaining.) Watts is in there as "The Illustrator", too, so that's cool. Tomorrow we get our project(s) for the semester in there, either stuff for Ringling or a identity/brochure for Selby Garden's... it's nice all my classes are like "here's your project, GO DESIGN" instead of just sitting around talking about the syllabus.
